Does ZyLAB have a Business Continuity Plan(BCP)?
Yes, which is part of the ZyLAB Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ISO 27001 requirements.
Do you test your Business Continuity Plan(BCP) regularly?
Yes, ZyLAB verifies the Business Continuity Plan(BCP) annually.
Have you assessed and tested whether large scale remote working or other flexible working arrangements for critical staff can be activated and maintained to ensure business continuity?
Yes, ZyLAB is fully prepared for remote working arrangements to fully maintain business continuity.
How quickly measures foreseen under the pandemic scenario of the contingency plan could be implemented and how long operations could be sustained under such a scenario?
Measures to handle COVID-19 situation are already in place within ZyLAB.
All employees have the means to work remotely from home and continue to maintain their functions in an efficient way in a sustained manner.
To which extent contingency plans include a pandemic scenario which provides for scaling measures commensurate with the institution’s geographic footprint and business risk for the particular stages of a pandemic outbreak?
Both locations of ZyLAB (EU and US) are prepared to follow ZyLAB BCP and have the means to sustain their functions.
Do you have other measures implemented in your organization to sustain services delivered to your customers in case of disaster/epidemic/severe inaccessibility of you staff?
Yes, Operation of the Cloud ZyLAB ONE solution is Globally maintained by ZyLAB Support, Cloud Operations and SRE's with high availability in staffing. All have the ability to work remotely.
Have you established adequate measures of infection control in the workplace which can include systems to reduce infection transmission and worker education?
Yes, ZyLAB follows the directives of the US/Dutch governments and local/global health organizations regarding COVID-19. In addition, ZyLAB employees were informed with all relevant guidelines. ZyLAB employees have the ability to work remotely from their home to minimize exposure.
Does your Business Continuity Plan include whether alternative and sufficient back-up sites can be established in light of possible pandemic?
Yes, In case of COVID-19 no backup site is needed. ZyLAB employees are capable of working remotely from their homes. The current on site location in Amsterdam remains open until further notice.
Have you tested the capacity of existing IT infrastructure, also in light of a potential increase of cyber-attacks?
Yes, ZyLAB is aware of the possibility of increased cyber attacks/activities in current days and is following its best practices (as defined in ZyLAB ISMS) to maintain high level of security in ZyLAB IT and in ZyLAB cloud environment.
Have you arranged possibility of working from home for your critical staff for longer period of time i.e: for period longer than one month?
